Adopt, don’t shop! Denise at Paws has many wonderful dogs looking for a second chance in a new home. These dogs will melt your heart and warm your soul. Each dog rescued is given a thorough health check by our Vet. All dogs re-homed by our organisation have had a C5 Vaccination, Heartworm Test, Microchip and are Desexed. We charge an adoption fee to help cover our veterinary costs.
Our dogs are currently placed in loving foster homes. If you are interested in adopting a Denise at Paws dog visit the ADOPT page
Can you imagine yourself giving a dog a safe and secure home while he waits for his forever home? There are many dogs needing to be rescued – some come from the local pound or are surrendered to our organisation. Denise at Paws is ALWAYS looking for superheros who would like to become foster carers.
Becoming a Foster Carer for our organisation can be a very rewarding experience. Please contact Denise to learn more about our Foster Care program and how you can make a difference to a rescue dog.
We all love our dogs who have chosen us to spend their life with. Inevitably like all living beings, there comes a time where we need to say goodbye to our loved ones. Our deepest heartfelt sympathies go out to Denise, our tireless founder of Denise at Paws, who lovingly saw her little mate Jinx over the rainbow bridge on the 22nd October. Now Denise hates a fuss but we in the Denise at Paws family want you to know we are gathering you in a big bear hug. May Jinx now roam free with Boof and your memories make a million smiles
SPECIAL NEEDS DOGS
Sometimes dogs come into the care of Denise at Paws volunteers that have endured years of neglect and in some cases are suffering with life threatening medical conditions. We take these dogs regardless of their condition and work with our vets to treat and save as many of them as we can. Surgeries and treatments are expensive so we need sponsors who are willing to donate to our special cases. Below is a link to our Adopt a Dog page which features dogs who would benefit from a sponsor or a one off donation.
